The Certificate of Insurance (COI) provided by SwiftMove is issued solely for the purposes of verifying coverage related to the moving services performed by our company. The COI outlines general liability and other applicable insurance details but does not serve as a contract or guarantee of coverage beyond the scope of the services rendered.
Important Notes:
Requesting a COI: Customers requiring a COI must submit their request at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date to ensure timely processing.
Coverage Limits: The COI reflects the coverage limits specified in our insurance policy at the time of issuance. SwiftMove is not responsible for any claims exceeding these stated limits.
Third-Party Requirements: If a third-party entity, such as a building management company, requires specific endorsements, this must be communicated during the COI request. Additional charges may apply for special certificate requirements.
Exclusions: The COI does not cover damage to customer belongings, which may be subject to separate valuation or insurance agreements.
Validity: The COI is valid only for the date(s) of the moving services and the specified location(s) outlined in the document.
For questions or to request a COI, please contact our support team at info@swiftmove.com or call (123) 456-7890.
