Quality and professional service for my move across the bay. They arrived on time, well coordinated via Text messages, phone calls and emails. They new what to expect and how to move the items efficiently.

I am glad we chose Zapt movers. I submitted the request and i got call within minutes. They explained the process and charges upfront very helpful customer care. They didnt charge me anything extra for adding items last minute. Plus the reservation changes were done even for the last minute changes and the payment was only taken when the job was completed. The movers were pretty fast and did take care of all the items. Helped us to accommodate so much of our stuff in the truck. Finished the job in time and also helped us put our bed and furniture together. Definitely recommend them for any moving job

I used Zapt for the 2nd time to move from SoCal back to NorCal. First, their prices are much lower than many other competitors. Second, their office staff is very communicative when booking your move as well as in the day leading up to your move and delivery. They were very flexible to work with me on a time and date that suited both of us. The movers were very careful to protect our belongings during loading, transport, and unloading. I'll definitely use them next time!

Zapt Moving helped us move from El Cerrito to Walnut Creek area. They were very professional, worked hard, and offered a good price. They were paid by the minute but still made sure that they were very efficient with everything they did. I would highly recommend them!
